Anyone else having problems with 5 Dimes site. Its really be super slow lately.
Great site but lately haven't been able to get many bets in. Trying to get a halftime bet is next to impossible. This seems to have happened in the last few weeks. Never had any problems before that.

5 dimes is completely down this morning. According to their 'top notch' CS dept., they are working on the problem...broken record at 5Dimes.

Same problems here....yesterday was a nightmare. Going to get my haircut, hopefully they have it fixed by the time I get back :mad:

If you were in the Corps, that haircut shouldn't take long. You may want to eat lunch, read War and Peace and watch a Beverly Hillbilies marathon on TV Land. 5 Dimes may be up and running by then.

Stick up for them all you want. Their CS is horrible and their website worse. They have paid out to me dozens of times but this much downtime is frustrating. I can't compare multiple lines simultaneously over the phone.

Thanks Blank....i knew about the mirror, but itwashaving the same problems yesterday, so I hadn't tried it today.

Gotti - I love 5 Dimes, but they need to upgrade their servers or something

Seems to be a common complaint here, but the book has a great reputation. I am not a software guy, so i dunno how hard it is to repair or the cost.

LOL Red Eye....They also have one of the worst bonus systems in the business. It isn't money up front, it's a "match play" bonus, that can only be played once you've reached you wagering goals. Only way worth playing it is by parlaying it.......

what's wrong with betting ½ the bonus on a game, then coming back & taking the opposite side at halftime?

That's at least the equivalent, if worst-case the middle falls through, of a 25% cash bonus, no?
