Why do only certain people get to post picks in this forum?

My post got moved when I told everyone to pound the Dallas/Chicago Under (looking good BTW) and I was told this was not the forum for sports picks. However, there are a couple guys that always post their picks here and they are never moved. Shrink is the most known but there are others. If Shrink still owned the site then the case could be made he can do whatever he wants but he sold the site off.

Why are certain people made to abide by the rules and others aren't? I'm not that angry, just would like an explanation.

For instance, on the front page right now are picks from panther, MadCapper, JimFeistSux (more of a fade but he says to play a side), SHRINK, and others. Just would like an explanation as to what criteria you have to be to be able to post picks in this fourm.

Never mind on MC. He just made a post in this forum to tell people his pick was in the soccer forum. Anyway, any mods around to field this one?

I wonder the same thing every time I get a seat belt violation. How come some get by and I get caught? I get over it though. Sports picks will be moved at the discretion of the moderators, excluding SHRINK of course.

What do you mean the discretion of moderators?

What equates into the discretion? Some stay and some go and that's all I can tell. Can you go a little more indepth as to why some get to stay?

I'm willing to look the other way as far as SHRINK goes just because of his previous ownership and whatever context he still controls the site but there are other guys with picks in the sports forum that aren't mods and I can't figure out why my post gets moved and others don't.

Same with politics during pre election. They have no rhyme or reason. It is a big immature click when it comes to certain things like this.

The GENERAL just explained why..........for the VERY MOST part, only the SHRINK posts selections in the main forum.

Here is an example of discretion. Some complaints stay offshore and some go to the comment room. Maybe a dictionary will help you as well.

Very poor of you guys to not only ignore his question but to move it where no one will see it. I have wondered the same thing. I always see posts with picks being moved and I continue to see the 'IN' people (Shrink aside) still getting away with it. If this place wasn't so damn cliquish, people like me might actually post more.

But I guess you guys like it that way. Oh well.

Now this thread is moved but the picks I pointed out to you (the ones that weren't Shrink's) stay put in the forum.

I asked a very simple question and you guys can't even give me a response that makes sense and it gets moved.

Kudos on the customer service.

General, if you decide to reply in this thread I would like to know why this thread was moved as well. I never insulted anyone and it was an honest question but instead of answering it you guys moved it where no one would see it. I just wanted an answer. I'm not here to start arguments but I would like to know why things are the way they are.

Stop crying, I only posted last week and this week the plays that major players I know play themselves. Thus letting posters know if they like which way my people are going! These are not my picks so fade as you like. the only one who can post their picks here religiously is Mr. Shrink as he can do as he pleases. OK to make a whiner happy, I won't post on this thread any plays in the future. Chill out and use the 50$ you won on the under Cowboy game and go have a few beers! I know many here hate me and thats cool! Not here to win a likeness contest! I had more friends in prison,lol. Good luck on your future plays!!

It wasn't anything personal homie. I could care less if you post your picks in the main forum. They have been winning so more power to you. I just wanted to know the criteria for the picks that stay and the picks that go. General seems to be avoiding my question completely so if any other mod wants to take a shot go for it. I'd hope not all the mods avoid the "Comment on the Prescription" Forum.

By the way, had you confused with someone else on your post. Thought you posted to go against someone, not to go with them. Wasn't saying to fade you so don't sweat it.
