Jake and I have come to an agreement that will give me back my $5,000 bonus. I agreed to re-deposit my funds and complete my rollover as per our initial agreement. I'd also like to thank Jake for re-considering his position on this matter and working it out with me. He sent me an email that laid everything out very clearly and he was very attitute was very professional and polite.

I think posters ( including myself) sometimes forget that there is great costs to running a website of this magnitude...The SHRINK and RX have to protect the ones that pay the bills..SMART move..>>The sponsors need protection from posters comijng in and flaming them without adequate proof or evidence....Why advertise somewhere when all that is going to happen is bad publicity.....
I never understood Jake's argument... he required more regular action? With a 10x rollover, who the hell cares how long the bettor takes to reach it. What BS.
What I found even more alarming was The Shrink's 'mediation proposal' whereby pokerking would have got 70% of the bonus for reaching 70% of the rollover. I really would have like to have seen the Rx come down a lot harder on Sportbet.

Glad to hear that it got straightened out...hopefully Jake attempted to define exactly what the hell "regular" wagering is supposed to mean??? Hopefully it doesn't involve bettors being required to slurp large quantities of metamucil while logged into sportbet...
And hopefully this doesn't resurface again next month, as it's quite obvious that Jake had a problem with your winning, not necessarily your wagering - if you were losing, Jake wouldn't have minded how long it took you to rollover...GL
