Mr. Herbert Young has also stated that the sum related to the above mentioned accounts ( US $ 181,702.00 ) shall not be dispersed as is, but a "formal investigation" on afore mentioned accounts is to be expected to determine the legitimacy and the correct amount of the sums due, which will be paid only and if the inviestigation will be concluded in accordance to the Gaming Commission requirements ( unknown to TOW at this time ).

Said investigation shall begin upon receipt of the Gaming Board of a formal documentation ( draft will be provided through TOW in these coming days ).

As per all remaining owed accounts Mr. Young has stated " You shall talk to Cybergaming about other payments".

TOW has informed Mr. Young that the Panamanian Government is to expect an official note of protest, to be delivered thru Diplomatic channels, in these coming days.

So far with the facts. As previosly mentioned TOW will await the "draft" Mr Young has promised to deliver in the coming days. Once this draft will be received it will be posted on this web site with related instructions.

Unlike in other recent occasions TOW believes that only through adeguate political pressure there will be a final solution to this saga that has seemingly become a Soap Opera.

Does anyone find it interesting how 5 approved accounts just suddenly vanished? ( the ones marked in bold in the first list)

Well here is a reason why. Roberto and I have had some issues as of the last couple months. Basically I think he is doing some ridiculous things behind the scenes and have some very serious personal issues with him. I have told him as much. Now next , guess who those accounts are. They are me and my players accounts. Just suddenly vanished. If this whole gig is not to draw attention to his site again and again and again I dont know what is. Pitiful stuff. I am sure the other guys that got taken off the list are going to be very impressed as well.

Summary, we did everything we were asked as far as providing docs and whatnot to the junta and roberto. The dejunta agreed that we were legit as posted last june. Roberto then decides to drop us because he is mad at me. Deletes the original account numbers from his site so that nobody will know (ooops forgot about the copy and paste to peeps) and simply deletes 60k worth of acounts and adds other 10 people.

Just remember everyone he agreed to disappear on Feb 11th when these accounts arent paid. That will go down as a day to remember and look for in Offshore posting history. The end of a much needed blackeye in this industry. One who uses the plight of others for the advancement of his own site. I think everyone see's this clearly now.

Ok, I spoke to Roberto the situation is that the accounts in question are on a different deposit methods. The accounts we have were deposited via bank wire all of them. The above accounts are verified neteller accounts. My accounts are still verified but show on a different list. Also betpanam aknowleged the existance of my accounts becuase we were entered into the betpanam payment plan as of april 10.

I guess I was wrong by jumping the gun here as it turns out it is a clerical error.

Sorry about that Roberto, but 60 k is alot of money

Dear Russ,

Having been on the "battlefield" for many months now helps me understand and share the frustration of all owed parties. As mentioned earlier over the phone the hardest work these days is data reconciliation given that previous Panamanian administrators had failed to seize Betpanam's database when repeatedly told to do so and as they should have.

The list I posted the other day is most definitely incomplete, as it reports only accounts who have either produced a screenshot or could be verified since they had sent funds via Neteller. The missing accounts you mentioned sent funds by other means which are anyways traceable and had been recognized and accepted when Betpanam entered into a payment plan last April.

As mentioned I will be in Panama shortly to proceed with the verification and acknowledgement of all other missing accounts. There are 6 accounts, other than the ones you mentioned, that are not on the list despite having entered into the payment plan, just to mention some.

Dealing with governamental entities is never easy, but as said since day one, I will not stop until players will get paid.

The clock is ticking Roberto. Feb 11th will be here soon enough. This looks like a nice airbrushing job to cover this fued publicly to me. Seems like you go back and forth to whoever will listen. I am sure the people here at the RX are figuring this out. These posters here are sharper than that. Anyway you agreed to not advertise the situation in Panama anymore until everyone was paid. But I guess thats about all you got going on right now to advertise your site. Once again I hope everyone gets paid. One of my close friends is on that list of players owed.

BTW last time I checked Italy wasnt in any battles. Only a true American would understand the use of the term battlefield in a wartime situation as today. To use it in reference to a sportsbook situation is absurd.

The way I see it,without Roberto there is no chance anyone gets paid. With him at least the is some chance. Who cares if he is getting publicity for his site. It seems like for now,he is the only game in town.

Funny how every few weeks we get a "rare" poster come in and try to smear Roberto's name.....No matter what his motivation, if he is helping, let it be...

These people always makes cracks about roberto's "motiviation" for helping...makes u wonder what their "motivation" is for trying to impede him...

I am sure the players he is helping could care less if he gets a cut, or commision or whatever......Part of something, is a hell of a lot better than all of nothing....
