Just when you think a player, coach or official can't make another stupid move, then one does. USC had a 24 point lead and Pete Carroll runs a fake punt on 4th and 3. Class act. I'm surprised they didn't onside kick after they scored the TD.

could be a nice way to practice that play, & be ready for the day when it's really needed........

they still have two more games to play--could help in case they have a lackluster game-- even a loss, to still finish higher-ranked(even champs despite worse record)/ than underneath teams that may post big wins...... you never know what scenarios could crop up: can never have scored too many points....
