Boys I love when it rains or real cold everyone thinks under, a huge square position. These guys are pros and adapt to anything. Actually the opposite is true in rain, easy to pass and tough to defend receiver

Look for totals to drop and bang overs, great value

What made me write this is when I see America's biggest square say

"Bet the under in Giant game" He looks on weather channel and see rain in forecast.

America's biggest square=sportman

JJ, true, reciever has edge in rain. Knows route and makes cuts much easier. BUT in the snow tough to make any cuts at all, lol. Rain means nothing. ITS WIND and SNOW that changes the outcome on totals!

moderate rain is almost meaningless. However a heavy rainstorm does imo help out the underdog. Any time you can muck up the field and create a game which is likely to have more turnovers I think it helps neutralize the talent edge. It turns to more a mental battle.

Wind and snow needless to say are crucial factors. Also extreme cold can play a factor, ball harder to catch.

Same thinking for snow and serious wind in regards to the underdog theme.

I know you're talking about the pro game but the rain played a part in yesterday's Georgia Tech/Georgia game going under. There were receivers dropping easy passes and running backs dropping pitches, more so than usual.

Can't we ALL just get along?!!

When half your defensive line is on the shelf...and you have a rookie QB with a pretty bad offensive line going against the 3 time (soon to be 4 time) NFC East champions...weather doesn't mean much.

I agree with HPark, weather helps the dog....remember last year when Louisville beat FSU in that unbelievable rain storm that would not quit.

JJGOLD....................actually a good point.......

the only way weather has a factor in the outcome of a game is when.......

teams are FORCED to alter the gameplan.......ie offense or defense......and are unprepared for the adjustments.....
