So went to the Ariz-Jets game and...

Tailgated with the Bollinger family and friends (many more who flew in from many states) and everyone knew the chances were slim that Brooks, the backup QB of the JETS, would see his first action but it would be awesome for that to happen in front of many friends and family. So what do you know, Q. Carter gets a head injury a few mins in and Brooks gets the call with 11:47 left in the 1st Qu. Moment was electrifying and was unbelievable to share that with his family, let's just say he looked very good for his first action and for the period of time he played, I would have felt confident they would have won the game with him if he would have played the entire game. He was 5-9 for 60 yds, had a WR drop an easy pass and had a 25 yard pass to the Ariz. 4yrd line called incomplete after the Cards challenged the play, WR only got 1 foot in.... Thumbs up to BROOKS


PS: Cards looked absolutely horrendous on Offense, would feel very confident betting the Lions right now on the Mline to win next week and it is not solely based on this offensive performance for the Cards. Major, major problems at the QB position. GL

Man that Detroit game has really jumped, Detroit goes from -3.5 to -6.5 in some places, no Emmitt and John Navarre gets his first NFL start. But definitely agree as I saw in another thread, Jax is a big play for me this week. Really think it's a good spot for a Pittsburgh let down, underdog at home getting pts with a solid Def. with very big playoff implications for Jax. I'll take the pts +3.5 thanks, bought the hook. GL
