I always use Maxthon and it blocks all the popups, but I was just using IE for a short time and I noticed they are pretty abundent. Do you get many complaints?

I use IE and do not get any pop-ups from here, but if you mean Net wide, then yes, I get many, but service pack 2 came with a nice pop-up blocker.

General- I am not at all complaining. I think that maybe I have a lack of understanding how exactly pop ups work.......Is it the site itself that actually get paid for allowing the popups or is it a spyware program that automatically nows when you go to a particular site and then has the popup popup? Like when I clicked on this thread a ad for casino tropez popped up. I have never heard of this casino and have never seen it advertise here. So how what explains the pop up?

Thanks General, Really not much concern, because I very rarely use IE. I was just curious as to how popups really work. I always assumed they came directly from whatever site you may be visiting.

Keep up the good work and I like the decison on removing the disputes with advertisers forum.
