I know they get a lot of bashing, but they came thru for me tonight.
I've been up traveling since 5am and my eyes are bleery
Checked into the hotel 6:50 pm, loged in an made a CBB wager at 6:58
As soon asit confirmed, I realized I made the wrong wager (wanted the game below it with the same lines).
Called them immediately, heard Mike Golic for 2 minutes before getting thru to CS (placed the wager I wanted during those 2 minutes)
Was first told they could not cancel the wager since the game went off the board
I told them I should not be penalized for being put on hold by them.
After about 5 minutes, they got back to me and cancelled the wager I made in error.
