I take it your going to the IOWA @ DRAKE game tonight at the Knapp Center?

The little place will be rocking!

Iowa opens -8 and is down to -7

THOUGHTS?

My Hawkeyes looked terriffic out in Maui and Drake recently got clobbered by the Clones.

This from the DES MOINES REGISTER..............

Hansen and Brunner will challenge a Drake inside game that carries as many questions as answers.

The Maui trip sure didnt hamper NORTH CAROLINA in the next game on the homeland..........they destroyed USC and easily covered the big number.

Dont think that will be a factor tonight for IOWA either.

Again, your thoughts..........or others in the know.

i gotta believe those kids are going to give extra effort for Dr. Tom after he was shown the door by Iowa.

We're actually NOT going. My wife is a Drake grad but she doesn't much care for sports here being a MN native.

The +8 was decent value but the +7 isn't as good. It really all comes down to Drake's shooting. They shot soooo poorly against ISU that one can only assume they won't repeat that effort.

Iowa allows teams to shoot fairly well against them so far this season so Drake is probably more likely to shoot 45%. If Drake Shoots 45% the game goes to the wire.

Iowa probably should have been blown out by NC but they shot lights out.

I lean towards the +7 but I don't like the game a whole lot. I took Iowa in a 3 team teaser so I have them +1 with Wisky and Xavier.

Drake is bad defensively.

Appears that he is not. I was just at the gym watching the game... I don't know if you can watch it in your area but Iowa made a 35 foot CONTESTED three pointer at the end of the half that was unbelievable.
