Try Michael Konik he wrote "Telling lies and getting paid" and "Man with $100,000 breasts" both available at Amazon and most likely E-Bay. Both are poker books with a lot of great anecdotes.

Going back some years you might want to try Larry Merchant's "National Football Lottery" Merchant writes a terrific gambling story of a football bettors adventures during a single NFL season. Lots of amusing and interesting characters. Fun read.

Almost anything by Dan Jenkins is worth reading my favorite is "Dead Solid Perfect" about golf hustlers. He also wrote "Semi-Tough" the book is light years better than the movie.

wil.

Another that you might find interesting is by Dan E. Moldea:

"Interference - How Organized Crime Influences Professional Football"
