Anyone tried Play by Play wagering?

I was over at covers.com and saw an article about play by play wagering. Anyone know what thats all about? I know Sportsbook.com offers something like that but Im not to sure on how it works

Let me know if there's anyone solid who offers it. With the games not being "live" I doubt it's a good idea for books to offer it.

IF they do... I'm sending someone to the games with a cellphone and I'll rake it in.
