here is an example today of two lines. Examples like this (real examples of non mistakes could help the industry and players agree on what a MISline really is)

Soccer this afternoon current numbers 12 noon central time

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

both these books are sharp

There is no way for a player to know what
line is or is not sharper or for that matter which way the
line will go in the next 30 minutes. No mislines above. If we can all agree on that we can move to the next point

so we can CLEARY see that there is no such thing as a misline if
the money lines are between +650 and +925
or -285 and -418

there that is a starting point on a definition.

In other words the next time you BOOK says oh you bet us at +850 that
was an error we wanted +650 (Bull crap). That is within these limits not a misline (maybe or maybe not a sharp line who knows)

Define some real life spreads on real games use them as the definition of
a misline and

See where Im going with this idea? USe actual examples of line spreads that are not mistakes to define what a real mistake can be considered to be.
