Hell yes... we use to play catchers in that hotel as kids,lol...We use to have to wait for the transfer bus, coming home from orioles games, so we would raise hell in the holiday inn for an hour or so til we got tossed....The restaurant on the top use to rotate around ....

Were you ever up on the top panther at the restaurant?

That Holiday Inn is nice. I spent my wedding night there as my wedding reception was at Camden Yards. The Inner Harbor is great. Great bars a few minutes away in either Federal Hill or Canton. I will be at the game on Sunday as well. Mother's in Federal Hill is a great place to go before the game as they have an outdoor tailgate and it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the stadium. Baltimore is so much nicer than Philadelphia it is scary. Also, you don't need to be afraid to wear Bengals stuff. A few people might heckle you but that's it. Not like classy Philly, where my 4 yr old was threatened by an adult because he was wearing a Ravens shirt. And this was during a pre-season game. Sportsbet, I hope you realize that Baltimore does not care about Philadelphia at all. They are similar in that Philadelphia has an inferiority complex about New York and Baltimore has one with DC. Have fun BigBet but don't expect a win.

FULLY aware that our south suburb doesn't care...we don't care about them either (except maybe the O's once in awhile but only because of the beatniks in York, PA that don't care about baseball anyways).

Philly is easily better than Baltimore in so many ways! The founding fathers knew where the best people come from...as true today as it was then. :suomi:

I will not be available BB...I was going to give you some suggstions on places to go if you were planning an extended stay....

SB- you are delusional about your city, not only the teams that play in it,lol...Philthadelphia is more like it...I am not from Baltimore and i have been to ballgames in both cities, many times....The fans of Philadelphia are without question second rate for the most part and down right criminal at football games, not to mention the always unrealistic manner they demonstrate at home game, booing Shchmidt calling him every name in the book one minute, loving him later in the game, its a hard :toothless town....far from any city of brotherly love!

And I have heard this by many many different sections of people, all over the east.
