1981-

Iowa -23 over Northwestern.

The Hawkeyes jumped to a 30-0 lead at the end of the 1st period and cruised to a 64-0 victory.

as a younger, dumber bettor, i took K State on the ML that year they lost to Tex a+m in OT in the Big 12 title game. They were on their way to the Natl Championship game that year. Then dummy me takes them minus the pts in the Alamo Bowl vs. Purdue a month later, and they lost there, showing no heart, nor emotion. Damn, I was a ******* then!!!!!

When I was in the 5th grade, this teacher of mine left a big piece of chalk hanging down from the blackboard. I think it was about 12 inches long. I decided to take it when she wasn't looking because the scratching noise it made would make my hair curl...

I believe that was the biggest chalk I ever took...:smoker2:
