I'm going to start a race pool online(very soon) where I collect entry fees and make payouts to winners.The site would keep up with everything(pts,standings,etc)its a pool that I've been doing manually for about 12 yrs now and the guys(approx 30-40 players) really like it(its simple but requires nascar knowledge) However,I'm unsure what the laws are about something like this,(I'm going to do it reguardless).However,just wondering if I need to do it under the table?:hump:
