Other than Spurs who are in league by themselves I think the NBA goes at least 15 teams deep for the number 2 spot

team to watch is the phoenix suns.

steve nash might be the best point guard in the league and they have a perimeter game that is unmatched to go along with amare stoudamire who is developing into a stud.

i have the nba ticket and watch almost all their games.

their isnt a team in the league having more fun than them. seattle might be close.

That's one way to look at it. Another is that Sebia & Montenegro could occupy that #2 slot and Argentina might well take down the Spurs depending who Genobilie (sorry about the spelling- damn foreigners and their tricky names) decides to play for. The NBA is DOWN!

If all the NBA players played in Olympics we win every game by at least 20 points

THe results were very deceiving, we were at 40% capacity

All the NBA players? What percentage are currently international players. In ten years what percentage will be international players. The NBA game has become more about entertainment and less about the fundamentals (moving without the ball and shooting especially) that win basketball games. We still have the best athletes, but until the rules of the game are enforced and fundamentals are practiced our game will continue to deteriorate. I disagree that our team was at 40% at the Olympics. Our best coach was there. Iverson & Duncan & LeBron were there.

In 5 years I hope the entire fukking league is international.

An NBA team of....

Kidd, Kobe, Garnett, Duncan, Shaq as the starters.

Redd, B. Wallace, Rip, Allen, Pierce, 2 College Kids...

Would destroy any other team.

They would have the defense, the shooters, and the winners.

This years team had no shooters and one or 2 guys who played d.

Several teams can take the championship this year. I got Phoenix when they were still close to 40-1. Although I know the odds of them making it through, it was still great value. Seattle still has great odds, but they are only a less talented version of Phoenix........

could be interesting to see playoffs full of Clevelands and Washington's while the Celtics and Hornets are on the sideline..

Seeing Pheonix and Seattle and Denver battle it out, while the Lakers and Portland watch..

Long way to go, but at the current pace, these are distinct possibilities.....

Now that would be fun..

Golddust, I am sick of all your Spurs threads - they are good but not even close to unbeatable

NBA Finals Weiner will be one of the following:
Detroit
Indiana (a lot of heart)
Miami (something tells me they do not have enough firepower)
Minnesota - Garnett is the best player in the league WITHOUT A DOUBT
San Antonio
and my sleeper is Denver - the might be the most talented team in the league but are they too young?

i'm just giving you hard time Hache..

i know where you stand and i actually think they are interchangable as 1A and 1B as the best 2 players.

duncan is an incredible talent.

I have to disagree. I have NBA league pass and I have watched most of the Wolves games and while KG is putting up spectacular numbers again. Something happens to that team when he is on the court. He demands the ball all the time and only passes when he has nothing going on and the clock is running down. The team has no rhythm when KG plays his one on one game. And when Sprewell is out there with him it is worst. When he leaves the court the wolves seem to play better especially now with Eddie Griffin getting alot of minutes. I'm not saying Griffin is better than KG but when KG is on the bench they play more like a team and you see Cassell step it up and Wally and Hoiberg hit more shots and Griffin take high percentage shots.

There is reason KG never made it out of the first round before Cassell and Sprewell. You could put Duncan on any team in the league right now and they would make it to the playoffs. That's the Difference Duncan makes teams better and KG gets stats. KG is better for your fantasy team Duncan is better for real!
