Do you any of you drink ginseng?

Ginseng has to be the absolute bomb. Ive taken it in the past whenever I've felt like my energy level has gone down and it really does marvels with it. Revitalizes you, makes you want to eat more (which is good unless all you eat is crap), even gives a boost to your sex life, if youre getting any.... :hump:

Recommended it to someone here at work and now theres about 6 of us here taking it. From what Ive been able to gather there are no side effects to taking ginseng and nothing negative has ever come out regarding it.

Do any of you take it?

Yea, Slim, I'm low 40's and it gives me a real BOOOOST.... Also acts as a laxative at times like caffeine. Wow!!!

Good when I'm feeling groggy in the am...

Will have to take a look, wil, I love the way it tastes, and for some reason it goes real well with orange juice.

Considering how much good it allegedly does and how it has no negative nada, its surprising that its not more popular...
