I'm putting $100 in an account and going all in 7 times. 7 winners, and I'm playing in the WSOP, with my $10,000. So it's basically going to be a 7-team parlay. I just need the Shrink to release a lock for me once a month, and I'm in. Anybody else want to do the same? Maybe we can all have our $100 accounts and wait until we're all in agreement to make a play. It would be pretty sweet to have 15 RX'ers on ESPN next year. Who's with me?.........

Went to Bellagio yesterday and talked to several of the top pros. 15k buy in starts next week.

Illini, book a trip out here. Play in my $300 tournament in January and win $30,000 for 1st. Then you can play and sponsor two others. :suomi:

JJ, I got my finances in order, and I'm not trying this as a money-making venture. Just think it would be cool if we all gambled with a $100 7 teamer, and waited for Shrink-locks. We could be like "The Crew" and call ourselves "the RXers." They would all think we are drug dealers, but the Shrink would get props from ESPN.

World No 1- Hey, man how's the U2 album treating ya? It looks like it's gonna have to be about $130, since the buy-in has gone up to $15K. Doesn't matter which book. I've got an unfunded WWTS account that I was gonna use, but it doesn't matter.

It's a long shot, but what the heck, right? It would be sweet to have 7 consensus picks, and let the chips fall where they may. My guess is that some people would back out and pocket their 15K if we won though.

others can do whatever they want. i'm with ya .

U2 rocks . I'm taking my 9 year old daughter to see them when come here in March.

WWTS works fine for me .

I just calculated it, and $200 would net over $18,000. 3k for hotel, food, and beer. Is $200 too much for an adventerous team effort risk like this? I don't think so, but it may be for some.

count me in. hopefully we can get a few guys that can consensus their way to vegas.

Sounds like a great idea to me. I would love to try something like this. Especailly if we got to use Shrink's picks.

Hell, if you do it at pinnacle with their reduced vig, and you would net over $21500. That is assuming that you got -105 every time (not likely). But goes to show how much the reduced juice is worth.

Either way sounds good to me, but I'm not as sharp as most so my my opinion should only count as half as everyone else.

very true, Cubsmac. Might be worth considering, although it's very unlikely you would get 105 often.

Yeah, consensus pick would be the only way to go. So much opportunity with college b-ball, that we could really pick our spots and be selective.

Acutually I'd rather not have a vote now that I think about it. If there were 11 people and the votes came down to 5 to 5.5 then I would get all of the blame if things went wrong and I can't have that kind of burden weighing on me.

reason i say that is twice in the last week i threw someone else's pick in with some of mine on a money line parlay and a teaser and the only pick that lost in both cases was the one from someone else.

i was fuming at myself. i can handle losing with my stuff but not someone else's.

we have a few months to find 7 plays. no rush..
