Actually he is still here. For some reason our video on demand is not working. It kind of works every so often.
Anyway this guy is truly an idiot. He has tried 5 boxes so far and it still does not work.
At that point, I suggested that he check something else because I don't think the problem is in the box, LOL!
Anyway everytime he connects a new box and calls this lady @ dispatch HE tells her the serial number.. You would think he would wait to see if it worked before putting the box on our account. And it is not like they have to activate the box because it was working before he called in.
There are reasons that comcast techs did not make it to med or law school.
