Jamal returned to practice today...there's no word yet from him or the team how he's feeling...

FROM MONDAY BILLICK PRESS CONF;

On injuries:
“I think we came out fairly healthy. There’s just a few things pending, and we’ll see as we progress. Obviously, it was good to have Todd Heap back. We have reason to believe Dave Zastudil [will return this week]. Deion Sanders and Jamal Lewis, we’ll see. Jamal being out until the Indy game, as you reported, is news to me. Neither Jamal, nor our doctors or the trainers have told me that. Whatever observations you pull from that, have at it, but I’ve not been told about that by anybody who knows.”

If he expects Jamal Lewis to practice:
“I expect him to participate this week. To what degree and how he feels the next day, that’s what remains to be seen, but it’s my understanding that he will work out this week.”

And TODAY;

The Ravens have multiple players listed as questionable, including: running back Jamal Lewis (ankle), nickel back Deion Sanders (foot), offensive tackle Orlando Brown (knee), punter Dave Zastudil (shoulder), cornerback Gary Baxter (shoulder) and wide receiver Travis Taylor (back).

Lewis has missed the last two starts since spraining his right ankle against the Dallas Cowboys, but returned to practice Wednesday along with Sanders. Sanders has missed the last four games.

"We expect them to do more," Ravens coach Brian Billick said. "It's not just a matter of how they practice, but how they feel the next day. We'll have to monitor that. You've got to be careful about throwing them into full duty."

Lewis declined to comment following practice.

"We expect them to do more," Ravens coach Brian Billick told RavensInsider.com. "It's not just a matter of how they practice, but how they feel the next day. Views: With injuries to Pro Bowlers Lewis, tight end Todd Heap, and offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden, the Ravens have yet to put their expected starting lineup on the field this season. That could finally happen Sunday against the Giants, who are a favorable fantasy matchup for both Heap and Lewis. If Lewis can't go, Chester Taylor would get the start again.

My hunch is Jamal will play but Taylor usually gets some time anyway....I have noticed many times this season Jamal needs to come out because he isn't in shape I guess (football game shape)

what a clusterfvck season for this bunch

Does anyone know what happens if there are five teams tied for the final wildcare spot?
Could happen
Den 9-7
Bal 9-7
Jax 9-7
Buff 9-7
Cin 9-7

And to think some poopdick of a team in the NFC west will likely get in at 8-8.

I believe the first tiebreaker in that scenario would be conference record...

LOL- Lander you realy are a Bills fan I see...Were you a Bills fanatci back in the g;lory days of the 90's? My best friend loved them, we use to tease him then one day the Bills got really good...

He never had much to cheer about, it was OJ, the Joe Cribbs era and then the Bills were the team of the 90's in the AFC.. Kelly Thurman., Reed and Smith and Bennett!
