Before I release the name... Here is the deal when I signed up with the book they never requested a address from me, just my name and email addy.. Well yesterday i put in a payout for a neteller. Than I typed in my old address that was on file with neteller. Than the book wanted me to fax in a ultity bill and my drivers license, before they process payouts. so i did than the book said my address didn't match what the book had on file. I said the address I have at the book is a old address just change it. They are giving me such a hard time.. for a lousy 300 payout, I faxed in what was required ??? any feedback would be appreciated?

how did you make your deposit? if it was via neteller, there is no reason they should need your address.

also sounds like olympic.

just ask them what address they have on file and then go change the address you have on file at neteller for the payout.

that should work.

western union... I asked before i signed up if i could withdrawal my winnings thru neteller even if i deposited thru western union.. they said that is ok.. I did notice on their site this...
WITHDRAWAL METHODS

Customers requesting initial withdrawals must submit by fax (********) two forms of identification - drivers license and a utility bill - prior to a disbursement. Identification must match account or account will be suspended pending investigation. Minimum withdrawal by any method is $100

I had no clue about these BS rules,,,, The books i play at never require this... I wish now I would have typed in my current address....

olympic always makes sure the address u have on file with them and the address u have on file with neteller matches.

i had tha problem when i recently moved. i updated neteller but not olympic and they held my money back until we straightened things out.

These books are really starting to piss me off. I too am waiting for a cashout I made several days ago.

Most likely they are just trying to stall you. I would assume even if they had those details on file you would still wait a long time.

It is really getting to the point where I would rather not bet at all than have to deal with a slow pay book.

From now on I am sticking with Canbet and skybook.

Those two seem to be the only ones who can return my cashouts to me in a reasonable time frame.
