Looks pretty good. You may want to consider removing the "I" in each instance and re-read through it, see what sounds best to you. I prefer the non "i" approach, just a thought. Good luck in your search...

Just take the "I" out all together and start the sentence with the next word, but list them with bullets.....Don't go into to much detail on your resume, you can sell yourself in the interview...

if you could include an example of your leadership skills, that would probably help.

Not bad..... Focus on accomplishments, not necessarily what your job functions were. Accomplishments, accomplishments, accomplishments. The note about subscription rate increase is a good example of what I'm talking about.

What are you looking to do?

Gutter,

What job are you applying for? It's very important that you highlight those elements in your most recent job that are directly applicable to the one you're applying for.

I used to be an HR director for a multinational tobacco firm and I must have interviewed at least 1000 people and looked over at least 5000 resumes.

For people applying for sales positions, a maticulous resume with wonderful fonts and perfect format is a DISADVANTAGE (IMO) because it is widely known that sales skills and administrative skills are inversely correlated. Of course the personnel dept. of the company you are applying to may not consider this. You will have the best chance if you come across as a sincere hard worker with strong sales skills and I think your resume does show that. Making the odd typo actually looks good believe it or not.

Top 3 for total sales looks excellent so I see no reason why not to interview you, assuming it's a sales job you're applying for. The key question on my mind would be...if it went so well, why did you leave? Why not just stay employed while looking for a better job?

souds like just graduated. experience look like part time jobs they give to kids. unlikely you raised subscriptions 15% unless you were in charge of marketing. taking false credit is resume bs. leadership line is completely lame. you not class president, student council or gang leader. lose it.
list some of your college classes and gpa. focus on your school and just point out you worked odd jobs to help pay expenses. you are entry level, dont pretend you are executive.
be honest. no one wants to hire bs artist.

SoylentBob,

He didn't say he was responsible for the 15% increase. He just said there was a 15% increase while he was there. I don't see any BS which can be proven just from the resume.

I really don't see where he pretends to be larger than life. The dates make it clear he recently graduated.

The resume is perfectly fine IMO if he's applying for a sales type job that doesn't require more than about 3-4 years' experience.
