It's not about how solid the book is ALA WWTS. And the bank point, you can w/d your money 24/7 with any bank at a ATM. So that point is way off. My point being is that if thye can accept deposits 24/7 the can process w/d 24/7.
And for you guys who don't know how the w/d process works through neteller, its as simple as pushing ACCEPT on there end.
And as far as the point that you should have enough money too last the weekend, sometimes you run out at one book and need it in another, and if the book I am heavy in does not let me w/d MY MONEY I can lose out on a play because I am empty in another book.

My guess is its just about having people to process the payouts on the weekend....You can minimize payroll a lot easier if u have 2 black days, and those are their days off....you dont have to hire extra to cover days off..

many books have stipulations on the times u can get western union, if u want it that day, you have to call in by noon, i would assume so they can organize all of them, get them ready, and send out by 5...
Yet if u want to deposit via WU u can later, because that is just one deposit, and all they have to do is verify it is there, and credit it....
