ALOT of professional players do not like their sport or any sports for that matter....

Kevin Mitchell comes to mind right away but the list goes on and on.....nothing wrong with that, though I'd rather see someone that loves the game make it....

He's another zero. Going to file him away with an equally classy guy, Kobe Bryant.

What's wrong with T.O. saying that? I don't believe him, b/c if you are going to make up things to do once you are sucessfull (scoring TD's) and have dances and routines all planned out then you have to love what you are doing. But it is still a job. Hey they paid me $10 million to sit here and type to you guys. I wouldn't particularly like it but I'd do it every Sunday.

Yeah... I think you guys are overreacting. All jobs are jobs. As much as the guys in the NFL get paid it's hard work to get there and hard work to stay there. I'm sure it gets to these guys. Not surprised...I bet more of them would say the same if they didn't think they were going to be called an overpaid baby.

Nothing wrong with it IMO. His comments about Jeff Garcia though were pretty ridiculous...who knows what context it was taken in though.

I can understand a guy not liking his job, but Owens looks like he's having a blast pissing 90% of the league off. Seems like an odd statement to me.

Owens returns to Candlestick as honorary captain

5:23 PM, Nov 10, 2013

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Terrell Owens peeled off his bright red 49ers jacket to reveal a fitted sweater for the warm fall afternoon.
A trim physique and a message: Owens would have re-signed with San Francisco had the 49ers come calling last year when they added Randy Moss. Or even this past May when top 2012 wide receiver Michael Crabtree went down with a torn right Achilles tendon. Less than a month from turning 40, he still believes he can bring it, and he's not retiring yet.

Owens returned to Candlestick Park on Sunday to be the Niners' honorary captain as the stadium counts down the top-10 plays as part of its farewell season. It marked the six-time Pro Bowl wideout's first visit back since San Francisco traded a disgruntled Owens to Philadelphia after the 2003 season. The Associated Press
