Due to an oversight by a third party processor, approximately 25 checks
issued on November 23rd and 24th may not have cleared. Of these, ten have
been resolved. There remain 15 that may or may not clear, depending on the
deposit date. Regardless, any check that does not clear can be presented for
immediate payment by whatever mode this client wishes. Any reasonable fees
incurred will obviously be picked up by Pinnacle. Our sincere apologies for
any inconveniences suffered.

Everyone on this forum would blow Pinnacle and now they do one thing wrong and everyone jumps them. They use a 3rd party processor to pay people as fast as they can. That place goes out of business and you have bounced checks. Not Pinnacle's fault. Who gets paid by check anyway?

The important thing is that the issue has been explained and put to rest. The Rx. appreciates everyone's patience regarding this matter. I hope only Franks was affected here at the Rx.

Thanks to Pinnacle and Shrink for their quick response.

I agree, however i dont think "every" book would...

Also, that wasnt the point I got from what i read, I thought they meant should the check bouncing have caused the players other fees, they would pick up "within reason"...

Meaning, if that check bouncing caused one of the player's checks to bounce, they would pick up the fee (within reason)...

Thats actually what i thought it meant the way it read...

Well, I'm glad we got a response. Not that, I'm very knowledgable, but is this the method most books use when paying players by check (3rd partys). Goes to show how many checks--I've ever received!
I would imagine, they were highly upset over this, given their top notch reputation!

I think Pinnacle handles things in forums pretty well. Don't get into the mix. Fix the problem and give a statement and move on. They're very smart at Pinnacle.

I think it was a good move....Pinny knew it made a mistake and fixed it ...and apologized its not like they ran off with the dudes money and are apologizing for that...come on guys....Pinny is the ROCK of offshore it made a mistake IMO it is as safe as a bank ..I had never a doubt they would do the right thing and anyone that did should NOT be sending money offshore to bet with as they have no clue as to who is the most solid books in the industry...

I knew this would work out like this. If Pinny fails , I stop gambling. They aren't my main out, but the first I look at.

That's right Pinny doesn't come to the forums with a smart ass reply and quoting Rule #20:8b-II to justify some fast talking hustle. They could care less what people say about them just like Wal-mart could care less as long as they're the biggest. They don't give ammunition to the gossip crowd who feels the need to post dozens of times about how the player/bookie is a bleepin scammer.

I also like the fact that rather than make up some lame excuse, PINNACLE took FULL RESPONSIBILITY for this mistake and they will correct it...
