Why is this: If you deposit by Neteller, you must be paid by Neteller

I don't understand the reasoning for this . EXCEPT: If you deposited by Neteller AND the book paid the deposit fees; then I can see where they might be coming from. But, why if the CUSTOMER paid the deposit fee to deposit into a book, would the book then require the customer to cash out by the same manner?

Is this possibly a hidden Neteller rule that the books MUST abide bye?
It doesn't make sense to me.

Chargebacks?
If you deposit to Neteller with a credit card, deposit to the book and win....if you do not withdraw it through Neteller, you could then reverse the charge on the initial deposit to Neteller?

I believe it has to do with chargebacks.

Maybe that is it--The last I heard, credit cards (US) would not work for Neteller, but that has been a long time ago. So I was referring to deposits from a checking account. I don't know.

I think there is more to it than simply chargebacks. For security reasons, some books want you to withdraw by the same method you deposited. Otherwise, if I know someone elses neteller info, I could open up an accoutn in that persons name, but using my address. Then deposit money into that account from his neteller account, and then have the book mail me a check

And even though some of these scams may seem far fetched, what the book doesn't want is for a player to come back claiming someone scammed him and made an unauthorized withdrawal. So by sending the money back the same way it came, it cuts down on the number of possible scams

chargebacks and fraud prevention are two big reasons.. another one is it limits the books exposure.

If a book has 100 neteller deposits coming in for a total of $100,000 then neteller owes the book $100k... by making players withdrawal by neteller it lowers the amount NT owes them.
