AC/DC Back in Black. Rocked from top to bottom.

Pearl Jam (Ten), my friend.
I think the triumvirate of Ten, Vs, and Vitology may be unsurpassed for the 1st 3 albums from ANY group, that’s all powerful stuff there.

i believe def leppard was the first rock band to have back to back 10 million selling albums with pyromania and hysteria back in the 80's.

not sure if anybody has done it since.

That is a understatement. What an unbelievable band. Cannot wait until the next album comes out. Sounds like a tour starting in September roughly. I will make sure and get to at least 2 or 3 of them.

Have to agree with all of that, seen PJ live 4 times including one of their very best shows ever at Soldier Field in July of 1995, that was amazing!

No Van Halen on your list? LOL

Van Halen 1 thru 1984 is one hell of a catalog of quality music

You're an absolute genius , as those are definitely the best from the 60s and 70s era and my two picks also....

....I'm more of a metal head, U2's kind of faggy, I like Yngwie Malmsteen's "Marching Out" for the 80s, Marilyn Manson's "Anti-Christ Superstar" for the 90s, and Stone Temple Pilot's "Shangri-La" for the 2000s, but music has been very watered down and not as good as what it was before 1986.

Even though Jimmy re touched the original recordings so many times,
The song remains the same was Zeps best and the best of the 70's IMO.:banger:

Actually, Fair Warning is my favorite VH. Just not sure how influential it was.
