Question about Limits

I put a dime on OAK earlier at Dime player, then put another dime now, when the line went up. Is it ok to bet max when the line changes?

Yes, I am chasing a bit, but in a good way.

That is fine. A new number is a new bet. A dime at -3.5 (for example) is one bet another at -4 is a totallly separate bet and should have no effect on any limts from other plays on the same team.
