Has this every happened to you?? The theory is they think your dried up and cannot pay so they cut you loose. It has happened to me but I have always paid and ontime. This week the guy says jj that is it, he did not take money that I owed and said go by xmas presents for loved ones and forget gambling. I tipped him and he said if I try to call and make bet then he will want money.

Told me to look him up next Sept, we have really good locals in NJ/NY that know when to shut you down. Actually a good bookmaker does this and often to avoid headaches.

Thanks Mr. Local

Smart move by a credit (or local) book. Makes no sense to let a player lose more than he can pay. I have (in my younger days) been in reverse slow pay situations, stuff like $100 a week to pay off a dime I should never have lost to begin with. During the slow pay period no action accepted by mutual agreement.
