I am in Maryland and Neteller says that I can't make deposits due to 'legislation' in my area. I assume that by legislation they don't mean U.S. legislation as I know other people in the U.S. are able to use Neteller, so I'm guessing they mean Maryland. Anyone else in the U.S. unable to use Neteller?

Doesn't it say on Maryland Lisc plates: "The Free State"

Maybe that's some other state. Has Md. left the Union?

This is one of those topics, that Md. seems to have a different idea about?

Maryland is the only one.....Drive accross the state line of your choice and get an addy at The UPS Store or similar mail drop; only if it is profitable for you.

I think Maryland is THE FREESTATE?

Free to do as they wish???

What else does Md have besides the Orioles--good crabcakes-- and --the innerharbor?

I mean--that's a small price to pay to be able to live in the "FREE STATE"

I just remembered something else wonderfull about Maryland (the freestate).

There was once a Vice President of the US from there. His name was Spiro--something or other.
I think he got in some type of trouble and it wasn't for betting sports. But I can't remember now.

Apparently someone in the Maryland legislature is looking out for me and protecting me from the evil that is Neteller. Why else would every other person in the United States be able to use Neteller but us Maryland residents? We've got it so good.

:hump: :WTF:

Just remember, be proud to be living in Md. If anyone EVER asks what state you are from--say---"I'm from the FREE STATE"

Or you might say "The STATE of CONFUSION"

Maryland must be very proud to have stood up for you. My only hope is that their influence does not rub off on my state of Va.

Didn't you guys have that ex-millitary (go figure) lunatic sniping people off the freeway a few years back?

Those two lunatics which lander mentions were caught. They carried out their evil in MD and VA.

But I wanted to say this. I grew up in Va. The first time (other than buying whiskey from a bootlegger) I visted Md.--I was shocked to see that Anybody (with a liscense, I suppose) could sell bottled whiskey. I mean it was sold at newsstands or just regular stores.
Now in Va. ---The STATE is the only place to buy bottled whiskey. They are called ABC stores.
So--in Va. the state makes the $ from bottled whiskey sales and in Md. (that great state of protection) ANYONE with enough money can get a liscense to sell bottled whiskey.
So just tell Neteller to make the state of a dollar offer! Hey they did it for bottled booze! (Then maybe we can see that the "FREESTATE" ain't so free)
