I still don't get it, are you saying they are begging you to take Mich St and lay all that juice? Or are they tempting you to take UCLA for the fat payout, just so you can get screwed by a hook?

They want you to take the over to balance the books not because they "think" this game is a lock under in the second half.

34-32 Michigan St. in second half. So much for your theory---this time.

My hunch they wanted "over" action was right, though.

Whenever you think you are getting a bargain---NOT.

I've followed this "angle" and it hit abot 50/50 over a hundred or so games.

MORAL OF THE STORY????

JUST TAKE THE + SIDE AT FACE VALUE AND LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK.

Face value meaning take the juicy reduced dog Pinny line, or the conventional -110 line at another joint with the full points?

In other words, using the above as an example, you would have played UCLA+6.5 at +150 odds and you would have won!!!!!

Fulltime game lines are pretty static at Pinnacle but watch NBA/NCAA halves closely. It seems like Pinnacle HATES to move the number and prefers to move the money line. So basically wait until the opportune time and hit the PLUS side. Yeah, I know it takes balls because you could probably get a better number somewhere else but I tried this angle and didn't make any money playing the minus side at another book. Prepare to spend a lot of time and to be honest, I don't think it's worth it. Sitting there pressing "REFRESH" over and over again for hours and hours.

I agree with Pancho. Pinny is oing all sorts of things with their numbers -- betting, balancing, you name it. Trying to figure what they want and how they want it is not only impossible but not worth the trouble. There are some things to be gleaned from Pinny numbers, but IMO you guys are stretching it.
