Bowmans is a solid book. Always been paid promptly, customer service reps were always courteous and helpful. If you can't beat them that's got nothing to do with the quality of service they provide. If you have some suggestions regarding their software Fishhead, contact Scott, he will listen. I want to get paid when I win, no hassle and that's what Bowmans provides.
For my purposes Bowmans has been top drawer from day one. I think it was the year before last there were major issues with crunchtime slowness, and that was annoying, but they weren't a book I used for crunchtimes anyway. Aceking, are you sure you are thinking of Bowmans? Africa clerks... what? The area where I believe Bowmans is unparrelleled is customer service.
Looks like AceKing read the "About Us" section on Bowmans' website, and discovered that their call centre is in Mauritius. But you certainly can't tell from their accents, as they sound very British - much better customer service over the phone than British operators, though.Aceking said:
