Yes they do-- it's why they have a certain minimum, i forget how much... I used a debit card to fund them(just say credit with it, when asked credit or debit everywhere you go: lower fees)-- though it sounds like that InstaDebit could be the way to got: either w/ it or CC your money will be there practically instantly...
