Not exactly for life. Here's my take. Deposit(s) must exceed last withdrawal. I had a $2500 withdrawal earlier in year, 3 $500 deposits since ( lost). I'm not eligible. If I deposit and lose a dime, I've made up my amount withdrawn, and am eligible in future, even if I'm way up on them overall.BaseballGuy said:

You can always use a free half, so worthwhile out to have. If inactive for a long period they may waive the rule, if they choose.
