I like this book, so I won't name it.

Try to make a wager, it tells me to log out (tyhis usually happens when the line has changed).
Log out, log back in
Place the bet at -175 (new odds, old were -185, hmm)

Realize I bet the wrong NFL game prop (shait)
Place the correct wager (has happened before and I know they always want you to book the correct wager since they wont just switch them)

Calll CS. They tell me they can't cancel the wager becuase the line moved. I tell them it moved becuase I bet the max on the prop wager, and since the game is like 7 hours from kickoff, and I made my wager 2 minutes ago, I doubt anyoine else had bet the other side.
I ask CS to clarify with the linesmaker, agreeig that if someone has laready bet the opposite side my wager will stand.
Linesmanager says no one else bet it, but he can't cancel my wager since I made the line move (wtf). I ask to speak to the linesmanager, a few moment s go by
I am informed they will cancel it this time only, but never again.

Like I said, it was an honest mistake, partially cuased by a software timeout, that I attempted to rectify in 2 minutes and that no one had bet the other side of on a wager that was 7 hours away. Made me feel like a damn criminal.

Almost wish I hadn't given them back the free $1,200 they placed in my account one day in error. Or had told them it was the last time I would be that considerate.

Sportbook logic.
