Does anyone know or factor in how the referees might influence a game?

For instance if a MAC crew is doing a Big Ten vs Southeast Conf game, or a Big Ten crew doing Pac 10 vs Big 12 tilt.

Or does it make any difference?

It's a slow day here at work.:think1:

Nothing wrong with looking at an angle, although I have never really pondered this. I did find a write-up today about the Officials for this Virg/Fres St game. It talked about how the same Ref had gave Fresno a hard time earlier in the year.

might be worth factoring in.....Fresno sure got hosed on a pass interference call in the first quarter to keep a drive alive for Virginia, and they scored....it was a HORRIBLE call.....no interference at all...Ref right on the play throws no flag, guy across the field throws it...

Boy the refs are doing their best....there have 3 calls now that have aided virginia drives that were bogus, and 1 bogus call on a nice play by Fresno to bring it back..

Have seen one call that went Fresno's way, that was bogus.....

cant blame the refs for this....1st and goal at the 3, and they arent gonna be able to score....
