Jan.15, 2005= Forever Plaid show reopening at the Gold
Coast after being at the Flamingo for six years.

Jan.??, 2005= A new $7 million Chippendales Theater
seating 400 will open and will be known as the Ultimate
Girls' Night Out destination. Ultra-lounge, bar, retail
boutique and 40 seat sky-box for bachelorette parties
included in project. Will be located on the second floor
of the Masquerade Village - Rio.

Feb. 1, 2005= SPLASH show at the Riviera reopening
with new production numbers

Roll & Remember Show - Plaza.

Feb.18, 2005= Caesars Palace opens the Pussycat
Dolls Lounge (which will feature a nightly cabaret),
inside their new PURE nightclub.

Feb.23, 2005= Barry Manilow will start a continuously
running show - Las Vegas Hilton.

Feb.??,2005= McCarran Airport will open a new
$90 million wing which will add 11-gates to the existing
"D" Terminal.

Center with 72 lanes, bar, pro shop and snack bars -
Sunset Station. Located at the southern entrance

Mar. 5, 2005= Daredevil "Mad Mike" Hughes jumps
over Binion's Horseshoe in a limousine.

Mar.11, 2005= MTR Gaming Group takes over Binion's
Horseshoe from Harrah's. Name will be shortened to
just Binion's.

Mar.??, 2005= Grand Opening of their new live Poker
Room next to their Sportsbook - MGM Grand.

Mar.??, 2005= MGM Mirage expects to finalize the
purchase of Mandalay Resort Group. Federal Trade
Commission is investigating antitrust concerns.
After this sale goes through MGM Mirage will own:
Bellagio, Boardwalk, Circus Circus, Excalibur,
Mandalay Bay, Mirage, MGM Grand, Monte Carlo,
New York-New York, Luxor, Slots-A-Fun and Treasure
Island (EVERY CASINO FROM TREASURE ISLAND
TO MANDALAY BAY).

Apr.28, 2005= WYNN LAS VEGAS is opening The
Strip's pre-eminent luxury mega-resort costing a
whopping $2.7 million!
The 45-story (the tallest tower in Vegas), is 514-foot tall,
arc-shaped and is a chocolate-colored reflective glass
Tower. Will have 2,698 hotel rooms and suites, a
111,000-square-foot casino, 16 restaurants (including six
fine dining each with an indoor and outdoor experience),
three-acre pool, luxury spa, many brand-name high-end
retail stores, The Strip's only 18-hole golf course and an
art gallery.
Each room will cost $750,000 to build (Bellagio cost
$533,000 per room). Each room will have floor-to-ceiling
windows, European linen and flat screen TV's.

Total of 8,000 permanent employees. It is estimated
that 2,500 of those will be present Bellagio and Mirage
employees, who previously worked for Steve Wynn,
attesting to the high esteem Steve Wynn is held and
the fact that he treats his employees so well and in
such high regard. Union shop is expected.

An eight-story, 100-foot mountain in the front of the
property (now rising out of the ground and completed by
Easter) will enclose a three-acre lake. Two winding,
curved, atrium escalators in the main lobby will cost
$1.8 million.

Some of the upscale shopping that will be available are
Ferrari and Maserati car dealerships; Manolo Blahnik
(ladies shoes); Jean_Paul Gauthier (haute couture
women’s clothing); Oscar de la Renta (high-end fashion
designer); Jo Malone (perfumes); Brioni (Italian
clothing designer); Graff Jewelers; Chanel; Dior;
Louis Vuitton and Cartier.

There will be 16 restaurants in the project!
One of the restaurants specializing in high-end,
contemporary Japanese food will be named OKADA
in honor of a major investor in the project. Another
restaurant will be called ALEX after the star chef, Alex
Stratta, who closed his five-star restaurant, Renoir, in
the Mirage to join Steve Wynn in this project.
Daniel Boulud of Le Cirque and Daniel Restaurants in
New York City and Paul Bartolotta of Spiaggia
Restaurant in Chicago are some of the other famous
chefs who will open restaurants in this project.

The water-based, $24 million production show much
like "O", will be housed in the 2,080-seat, $70-million
AQUA THEATER, which will be finished eight months
before the Hotel to give rehearsal time for the new show.
Water will surround the audience - above, below and
even around their seats. The farthest seat will be a mere
40 feet from the stage.
In another 1,200-seat, $40 million theater, the
Tony-award winning, unorthodox, Broadway puppet play
"Avenue Q" will be presented.

Four nightclubs will be in the project. One of them will
be called "La Bete" (The Beast) which will be a
restaurant that will turn into a nightclub after 11 p.m.

The Hotel Tower is now topped off and the huge WYNN
signature sign is installed. Construction of the whole
project is on time and on budget.

Grand opening is April 28th, 2005 which is Mrs. Steve
Wynn's birthday and 5 years to the day they bought the
old Desert Inn.

They will start taking room reservations in
January, 2005.

As the total cost has soared to $2.7 billion, the
following is apropos:

Second Tower of an additional 1,500 suites costing over
$900 million and named ENCORE AT WYNN LAS
VEGAS, has been announced. Opening in 2007.
Demolition of the remaining towers of the old Desert Inn
has been completed to make way for this second tower.

May 15, 2005= 100th Anniversary of the founding of
the City of Las Vegas.
"The mayor's vision is that this has to be the biggest,
most fantastic party the world has ever seen".
The main celebration is scheduled for May 15, 2005,
the 100th anniversary of the land auction that created
the original town site bounded by what is now Stewart
Avenue, Garces Street, Las Vegas Boulevard and Main

Keith, located next to their monorail concourse.

the second tower of the RESIDENCES AT MGM
GRAND a huge 40-story, 576 suite, new condominium,

949-room, 26-story $376 million, luxury hotel called the
Augustine Tower facing Flamingo Road, just west of
The Strip.
The total room count at Caesars Palace will be 3,349
after this latest addition. New restaurant Guy Savoy
Caesars Palace will open on the second floor
overlooking the new Roman Plaza. Also opening are a
new nightclub and three wedding chapels.

Opening of a $350 million casino at Las Vegas Blvd.
