EL PASO - Tailback Hakim Hill was dismissed from the Arizona State football program on Monday after his latest team rules violation.

No. 21-ranked ASU will be without record-setting quarterback Andrew Walter, leading rusher Hill and starting safety Riccardo Stewart vs. Purdue in the Vitalis Sun Bowl on Friday. Walter and Stewart are out due to shoulder surgery</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

LAWERENCE----DONT FALL FOR THE TRAP!!

Not saying i like ASU whatsoever at this particular time, but the ASU back-up qb is not as bad as many believe IMO..................and +7 is still alot for a decent team, especially against a not GREAT Purdue team.

thanks for the heads up Fish, although I didnt think you meant you leaned to Purdue, I know you where just reporting the story...i remember your post before bowl season where you said this would start happening..with all that said, I did see ASU's last game of the year, and they looked pretty terrible...
