Sorry to interrupt the love fest, but how about a little reality check, folks.

It's the VIP CUSTOMERS that are donating the money - give the kudos to the customers that do that.

Now, if VIP stated that they would match customer donations dollar-for-dollar, that would be something worthy of praise. Maybe VIP's donating some money, too, but it doesn't say so on the website.

FYI, Amazon.com has the same set up (I donated some money through them), so if you have an account there, but not at VIP, you can do the same thing there.

what confirmation does the 'donator' have that the funds will actually get to the RED CROSS?

will the 'donator' get the tax receipt?
