Was wondering why sportbookreview had vip sports ranked so high yet noone here ever talks about them.

Any thoughts on this book?

I am interested in them because of 5000 firepay deposits accepted, however if they never pay then whats the purpose of depositing there.

SBR gets huge kickbacks from this group of books hence the high rating. One think I found surprising is that SBR had a link to www.joewager.com on their site. That site is completely misleading (joewager). Have a look at some of the books they claim to be risky. Even the most solid books out the that site finds a way to urge caution about. Just stupid and an obvious schill job. SBR may own that site as well based on the recommended list, but at least SBR gives books that don't pay their salary a fair rating typically.

VIP is a good book for some players. Much better options, but if you are a low limit player it is decent. You will never worry about getting paid.

VIP is a solid book and you will be paid. They are not shy about cutting limits, but the reserve the right to do so after they pay you.

I would recommend to most players.

VIP is a very good book. Forumville tends to naturally favor the sharp books like Pinny, CRIS and Hollywood. But for $50, shoot-from-the-hip guys there are books like Bodog, SIA and VIP who cater just to this group. SBR puts VIP at the top in this category and rival TOW does too. They are a very good book. Another good book for this group is Bet365.

I like VIP. Good bonuses. Promotions. I can usually find a better line there every once in a while.

Sbr is an agent for VIP therefore they get a percentage off the losses of players they lead to the books they have contracts with. Very dangerous if you live in the USA like he does.

I think he has pinnacle, wwts and VIP right now. He used to have royal till they started slow paying. He has a decent site but, of course wants you to play and lose so he gets paid.

Frankie is close except SBR does not have any advertising contracts (except for SBRLines). We get paid a finders fee of some kind no matter who we put on the list which then gives us the option to put forward whoever we want ie; the true best.

The only better solution would to the current SBR model would be a totally non-profit situation which is something we are seriously considering. Maybe Shrink can throw in a part-time mod gig for me?

Baus, those are affiliate links so that the books can track the posters visiting and signing up at their site from here. They are looking to see if they are getting their monies worth being here. I encourage posters here to use TheRx as a referral when they can.

A couple thoughts.

Their software sucks (or it used to. If you were running an old machine, the webpage would never stop updating, giving you a headache).

They are NOT wiseguy friendly. Aren't a majority of TheRX posters sharp? Then why ask for headaches.

I've been playing with Gameday its a sister site of VIP. My personal rating
for Gameday is B+. However, Gameday limit is pretty low. I wrote an email
to their manager to request for higher limit and it was approved within 24hrs. What puzzles me is after they raised my limit, they did not reply to my email
to inform that limit has been raised.

Customer service is Ok except their livehelp operator is *slow* in response.
Although they process payout in 2 batch daily.. I still find it pretty slow but
will be able to receive within 24hrs and most importantly money is Safe.

What I like about Gameday/VIP is their Rewards program and near miss parlay
as in you get paid for hitting 4/5, 5/6 etc. If your max limit range is within
1000 - 4000 or maybe 5000*after raise limit approve* I'm sure you will be
happy there.

One of the ratings on which both SBR and TOW totally agree upon is VIP. Rock solid, good cs, attractive bonuses and perks targeted towards the recreational market. VIP is one of recreational player's top choices like Pinnacle is one of pro's best options.
