Countless times you will see college quarterbacks bombing the ball down the field on 1st down hoping for a prayer.

Why do they do this?

Why not learn from their pro counterparts and go for the consistant small yardage that wins ball games?

Seems kind of stupid to constantly chuck the ball down field on first and second down. I understand they want the easy td's but that is not how you win ballgames.

why did Texas Tech have to score another TD with 2:36 left and Cal with no fvkn time outs? Why did they throw it on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and fourth down? Why did they then let Cal run down and score another TD to fvk me out of my under 34.5 second half live bet at bet365?

I don't know holy. College ball is a different animal than pro ball.

Although the goal is the same, win ball games.

When you chuck it down the field or try to run the score up it can come back to bite you in the a$$.

Someone could intercept the ball for a td, your best WR could get injured jumping up for the ball with two defenders in his face.

Who knows, maybe I am missing something.

I think the bookies threaten them with bodily harm if they don't because the totals are so high and this seems to be the best way to make them hit about 50%

(just kidding of course...truth is I have no fukkin idea :monkey: )
