How many games will they win? Keep in mind Beltran is still probably going to play for them too...

I could see Randy Johnson Breaking down. Wright really has only had one good year. Sheffield has been so banged up he talked about retirement. I wouldn't bet on anything over 100 wins.

They continue to get older, not all that much better, how long can Rivera go before he breaks down? How about Kevin Brown's constant injuries...


This team is a HUGE disaster waiting to happen more than anything.

No doubt those things could happen..Johnson breaks down, maybe Mussina struggles..and NY is looking beatable again...Last year I set the total at 103 wins and NY pretty much sleep walked to 100+ wins...

another big offseason of spending for another losing postseason.

they wont win it all..

i love the cardinals this year. much easier team to root for.

screw the yankees. but to answer your question, i say they win 107 games

Jman too high, last year was 99.5 the year before was 102, should be about 105-105.5 probably still a winner to go over with the new additions.

No Jman i had over 99.5 at Grande and was sweating the last 3 days because they sat all the starters.

If they acquire beltran I think that they will have a legitimate shot at winning 115+ games easily next year without and significant long term injuries
