I think that these guys could give anyone, and i mean anyone a run for their money. Im not so sure they arent the best team in the land THIS YEAR? And that my folks is what makes me soo damn sick of the B.?.S. Wow. I think they are a great team.

Smoke: I realize that they are playing Pitt. Ok, but they are soo diversified offensively. I think they have the best offensive attack that i have seen this year. The defense is literally on its heels. Their defense is solid, and they have great coaches. Thats enough for me to be convinced.

There is NOTHING BETTER than watching $hitt get its ass whooped on national television for all to see. The biggest joke is this team even coming within 500 miles of the Fiesta Bowl!

Hey we have quite a few excellent recruits coming in next year so I think we will be back over the next few years. We have one of the best QB's ever to play in Pennsylvania in Morelli to lead this team back to the promise land. I'm not too worried.

I know one thing...this Big Least school doesn't deserve this birth. They backed in thanks to a few teams losing down the stretch (BC thanks a lot) and they are getting everything they deserve. There is a serious history between us and them and this is just bee-u-tee-full guys!!!!

Its like I said in my earlier BCS thread, this is exactly what we're getting cheated out of, a cinderella type story of a team that comes out of no where, ala Villanova, NC ST in March madness, to compete for a National Championship. This can't happen in College Football the way it exist now, what a freaking shame. 4 Major Bowl winners should be advancing to next week. I just don't get how they can't see this would be alot more money in everyones pocket.

Ace: Their is no doubt that this guy named Urban can coach. I believe that he will turn Florida into the Gators of old. Hell, i am a realist and i absolutly love the fact that he is coming to Gainesville. The rivalry will be that much better. I cant wait for next year. Do you guys realize how many great teams there are gonna be. Wow. Tennessee will be right their as well. Cant wait.

Even a game against with Texas (with Cal playing Michigan in the Rose Bowl) would have told us a little more about how good Utah really is. Was Utah that good or Pitt that bad tonight?

Pitt sucks. Period. I made plenty of points about this before, but when an unbiased computer ranking (Jeff Sagarin) has them below I-AA teams and they play in a major bowl, that is a F-ING joke. They get to share in a massive payoff because the conference used to be good, while the WAC had 3 teams rated better and got shut out of the money. Even more silly, these same ratings listed Pitt as the 4th best team in the Big Least. Amazing, if this wasn't determined by a formula set before the season started you would say it was corrupt and lots of people's pockets got lined by this system. Wait you can still say that!

Penn State compete in the Big 10 next year perhaps. They have 5 returning starters on their offensive line and all of their D-line as well. 17 returning starters in all with no real losses from this season.

Recruiting has been good... Paterno quieted many of his strongest critics by getting a commitment from the #1 recruit in the country and the #1 DB for next season. These two will have an instant impact.

Morelli and Connor were mammoth signings last february too. Solid classes he's had in the last few years.
