Beware of head-to-head basketball matchups at MVPSportsbook

I had Prince plus four points over R. Davis of Boston tonight. Both guys played over 30 minutes each, with Prince easily winning the prop. It got graded as a push however, as MVP has a both players MUST START stipulation on their head-to-head NBA matchups, unlike all the other places that do similar props.

Gotta love the 'intelligence' of MVP here. Require a player to start yet post a prop on someone who regularly comes off the bench

Everywhere else they have only that each player must play, because frequently they involve secondary players. Also, starting lineups in basketball are difficult to predict and aren't even meaningful anyways. It's not like a starting pitcher in baseball. Every other book that offers NBA props stipulates only that each player must play in the game.

Thanks Chris....exactly, the guy's been coming off the bench all year. They said that they've started the player-must-start stipulation a month ago. Maybe they'll re-invent the wheel next.
