I've been using Intertops when I just started out 10mths ago. I shall list
Itops advantage and disadvantages below base on my own experience.
Disadvantages:
1. bad lines for most american sports, WORST odds for Soccer lines especially
Asian Handicap.
2. Bet limit is ***UNBELIEVABLY LOW*** max limit $110 for asian lines.
I thought they made a mistake and contact CS and I got a reply from the
clerk that says she had confirmed with the line manager and $110 is correct.
3. Response by email is Slow.. expect more than 24hrs or 36 for crunch hrs.
phone wise is ok.
4. Website is slow... its weird the website is based on .EXE.. I thought it was
some software application.
5. They spam you with no less than 3 emails about their casino offers
every month... sometimes more than 5.
Alright, now the Advantages:
1. Reliable Neteller payout as always within 48hrs.
2. Although CS service is slow. But their friendly and polite service are top
notch. I did encounter some problems with them but they always settle
it in a professional manner and make me a happy customer.
3. Their poker software rox! their player base is linked to Partypoker,
empirepoker etc instant fund transfer between sportsbook & poker.
Casino software is pretty solid too I won a couple hundreds from the
Treasure nile slots.
Final Conclusion:
Yes, I did list so much more dis-adv over adv but I'll rate them 7 out of 10.
Most importantly, the financial strength is strong. Money is safe. I do enjoy
my stay with Itops. I will not have second thoughts going back if they post
better lines and raise limits to at least half of what pinny offers.

After my account had been empty for a period I decided to reload as they were offering a 20% bonus with 5x rollover.
I won big during the rollover period and wanted to withdraw some of the balance as soon as I hit the 5x mark as I don't like leaving too much money offshore.
When I requested a withdrawal they said it was 6x rollover. I did the extra action for 6x requested a withdrawal again but then they stated it was 8x as they were including my previous deposits before my reload.
After I reached 8x they stated it was 10x rollover. I was annoyed by this time so fired an e-mail to SBR but got no response from SBR. I since completed the 10x rollover and they paid the withdrawal but cut my limits to $50.00.
The bottom line is there are plenty of other books deserving your action ahead of Intertops but of course it is each persons choice.
