the reason I ask is because today was the third time I have had to call in a wager because of the website telling me "side limit exceeded." The amount I bet I had bet a bunch of times previous on this sport (college hoops) and also football. They told me last time it must be the software, and took it over the phone.This time they told me that ncaa hoops had different limits than other sports. I do not mind calling in wagers if I have to, and I consider Cris a top 5 book for sure, but I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or could it be just a software problem?

You are missing the point. It's so much easier, quicker, and convientent to place bets online within 10 seconds. Who in the hell wants to call, hear some crappy music, talk to a cabanna boy or girl (who speaks terrible english) who is a real a-hole and acts like your wasting their time. Have them put you on hold for a minute while they get the wager "approved" from their supervisor. Then come back and tell you that the line has changed and now you have to lay 30 cents more to get the bet you wanted.
