I know someone else said I had to open a hotmail account to talk to my sportsbook, but I decided to call in and ask why I couldn't use my dialup or broadbanc isp to talk to them. I mean isn't that more secure for them to have clients with real isps rather than hotmail.

well the lady had no idea why they rejected comcast and bellsouth and then said she would call me back with the answer.

well 24 hours later and no call. I have a dime in that book and hope I get to see it someday.

Your G-note is as safe as if it were in Ft. Knox but you are not going to get an email through unless you do it via hotmail. I'm not going into another lengthy explanation, done it twice prior but that is the only method I can use. I've been with them for two years and then this past summer I could no longer send or receive emails through the conventional method, open a hotmail account they told me.

I too have discovered the whole email account fiasco, along with the incompetence of their customer service reps (at least the ones who I have dealt with). I won't argue the fact this is a reliable book when it comes to safety (as safe as fort knox? I don't believe that about ANY book, and if you do, you're asking for trouble.)..... It's just a simple fact that there are numerous other books which are just as safe, if not moreso, and without the hassles and headaches associated with Bet365. Thanks, but no thanks!
