They're owned by a company called e-network Costa Rica.
That company in itself is very solid so no worries there. I don't know about the sportsbook though.
I'd say they're absolutely safe for now. Wouldn't send 30 dimes there...but a couple shouldn't be a problem at all.
Just keep a small balance if you insist on trying them out.
