2. Lebron James- are you kidding me?? No!! This guy is starting to post up now, unstoppable, too bad he plays un selffish.

Will be better than Magic ever was, way quicker and way stronger

Call me crazy, but I just think this guys going to "age" very quickly. I think his game will be going downhill in about 6 years. I know that sounds moronic, but some just age and slow down must faster than others......

Noreaga, do you really even have a clue? The guy is putting up good numbers already AND DOESNT EVEN try to contribute much with Grant Hill, Steve Francis, Cutino Mobley around him. Nearly 7 foot tall and mobile just like garnett, but stronger. The guy will be a dominant force in 2 years......

Wow guys, lets slow down a little bit here. Granted he seems to have all the tools to be unbelievably good, a huge part of greatness is finding a way to elevate your play in postseason and winning championships and until he starts doing that it is ridiculous to even put him in the same breath as all time greats.

Now you're putting words in my mouth! I never said he would be better than James, I said "who knows". I then said he would be better than Okafor, who is a one man team and only gets so many rebounds because there is nobody else on that team to get them! Howard is lying low right now, shooting over 50%, 10 points, 10 rebounds, 1 steal, and close to 2 blocked shots per game, and that's DESPITE taking a 4th seat to Grant Hill, Steve Francis, and Cutino Mobley....

well - how can we determine who is the 2nd greatest player ever - when you are wrong on who is #1?

the greatest player ever is

WILT

he is the only player to win a scoring. rebounding and assist title. they changed the rules of the game BECAUSE of him. they never changed any rules cuz of jordan - except for maybe stopping players from carrying the ball, pushing off and traveling.

i put wilt #1 and if we are going to argue about #2 - how abour oscar robertson (he AVERAGED a triple double one season) or elgin baylor (MJ before the NBA was seen by all) or jerry west (no explanation needed)

sorry - MJ is NOT #1 overall and Lebron sure as hell isn't #2 overall RIGHT NOW!
